Structure
comes
first.

Business logic, several kinds of user, more screens than anyone wants to count. My job is to find the structure underneath all of it — and leave behind a product that feels obvious to use and stays consistent as it grows.

Learn the domain

Before any screens: who the users are, what the business actually does, and where the real complexity is hiding.

Find the spine

The handful of flows everything else hangs off. Get those right and the other forty screens mostly design themselves.

Build the system

Not screens one at a time — components, states, type and spacing that stay consistent as the product keeps growing.

04

Ship it live

Real products in the wild, not decks. Then iterate against what actual usage shows.
