One flow, rebuilt properly.

We pick the area that hurts most — onboarding, checkout, the dashboard nobody understands — and I redesign it end to end. Small enough to ship, big enough to feel.

The whole surface, made consistent.

A full UX/UI pass across the product, plus the design system underneath it so it stays consistent after I leave — components, states, typography, spacing, handed off ready to build.
