Revive.AI restores old and damaged photos using AI — colorization, face restoration and 4× upscaling, delivered as a self-serve SaaS. I designed the full product end-to-end: upload and editing flow, restoration intensity controls, personal library, credits-based pricing and the marketing site — and built it with No-Code tooling integrated with Replicate's AI models.
/ Challenge
A multi-stage AI pipeline — analysis, colorization, face restoration, 4× upscaling, export — had to feel like one calm, sub-minute flow for people who have never used an AI tool before.
The pricing model is per-photo credits rather than a subscription. Onboarding had to feel generous rather than metered: 5 free credits, no credit card, credits that never expire.
/ User flow
A multi-stage AI pipeline, shaped so that someone who has never used an AI tool meets it as one uninterrupted flow.

Sign-in is asked at upload and payment at download — never on arrival. The result is on screen before anything is asked for.
/ Approach
AI reads each photo's damage, era and tonality first, so every restoration is tuned to the image instead of a one-size preset.
Historically-grounded color, driven by deep-learning models that respect skin tones, fabrics and period palettes.
Eyes, skin texture and expressions reconstructed with realism — the moment people recognize the person again.
A final crisp, print-ready file at 4× resolution, ready to frame, share or archive.
